FAQ's
All fabrics have been washed prior to creation. If you have any allergy issues please wash prior to wearing. These items are created in our home studio which is Smoke Free. We do have a Kitten but she is kept out of the studio area.
Payments:
We accept a variety of payment options now including After Pay & Shop Pay to split your payments in 4 installments.
Processing Time:
We offer a variety of items that are Ready to Ship, Custom Made and Pre-Orders. Each of these will have a different processing time which is listed on the products info when purchasing.
If you need an item sooner or have any questions please send us a message prior to purchasing!
Rush My Order:
Currently this is not offered.
Estimated Shipping Times:
Delivery ranges from 3-5 Business days once your package has shipped. We only ship a few times per week. Please allow 24 hours from receiving your shipment notice for tracking to update.
Sewn Wild Clothing is not responsible for lost packages once the package is in the hands of USPS. We will try to help track the lost package but will not be able to refund due to the lost package.
International Shipping:
Our website only ships to the US & Canada. For International Orders please see our Etsy shop, www.Etsy.com/shop/SewnWildClothing .
Discounts & Store Credits:
Any discount or store credit codes must be used at checkout in order to be valid. I cannot add on a discount/store credit code once your order has processed. Only one discount code can be used at a time.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the handmade nature of my work, returns and exchanges can not be accepted unless there is a manufacturing error. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery (per USPS tracking) at shopsewnwild@yahoo.com with any concerns.
If your item needs to be returned due to an error in construction we can exchange or issue store credit only! Once we receive the item back we will issue you a store credit in the dollar amount in which the item was purchased. Items must be returned in the same conditional they were received.
